Realtime Eye

"Daily" practice piece, I mean its been a week but who keeps count amiright?

Things I set out to learn / improve:
Learn how to make a realtime eye,
Improving skin material,
Learn how to create hair textures & place haircards.
Using texture xyz alphas.

For the texture of the iris I adjusted a macro photo i found on google, removing lighting, changing colors & making a heightmap to generate normals. In order to get the tesselation effect I used the parralax technique from the "Creating Realistic Eyes for Games" tutorial by Peter Zoppi.
Skin albedo is hand painted, details are texture xyz alphas.
Eyelashes texture made using Xgen then heavily adjusted in photoshop.

Unfortunately marmoset does not allow parralax in its online viewer so its no using posting that.

Points of improvement:
Originally wanted to add eyebrows but im still figuring out how to do haircards intuitively, next time I'm going to practice improving my haircard workflow. Aswell as try to lower the amount of vertices siginificantly.
The skin will still requires quite a bit of practice aswell as it does not quite feel alive yet.
Secondary form, in this case its not horrible but thats mainly because this eye is very simple, which in turn makes it feel a bit stale and unexpressive.
